Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. US Ground Advantage shipping starts at $10.00. US priority shipping starts at $15.00 minimum and goes up from there. Canada shipping starts at $25.00 and goes up from there. All shipping charges include postage but not insurance until you hit $600.00 US shipping. Otherwise add $4.00 every $100.00. We round up so if your order is $101.00 that is $4.00 up to $100.00 and $4.00 for $100.01 to $200.00.We will not exclude insurance under any circumstances so please don't ask us to remove it.
