Cash/Check/Credit Card – 3% Buyers Premium – 3% Discount for Cash Buyers – All items to be removed from the auction hall the day of the sale – Items are “Where is as is” -  No disputed bids allowed once the auctioneer has announced sold “the item is sold”.
